Terms and Conditions Façonnable Summer Wardrobe Prize Draw

The Façonnable Summer Wardrobe Prize Draw (hereinafter the “Summer Wardrobe Draw”), is organised by FAÇONNABLE SPAIN S.L., with registered office at Carretera Laurea Miro 403-405, 08980 Sant Feliu de Llobregat (Barcelona) Spain; FAÇONNABLE S.A.S., with registered office at 5 Rue Royale, 75008 Paris, France; S.C.S. FAÇONNABLE MONACO, with registered office at 23, Bd des Moulins, 98000 Monaco and FAÇONNABLE Portugal, Unipessoal L.D.A., with registered office at Rua Cintura do Porto de Lisboa, Edifício 66, Cais de Santos, 1200-109 Lisboa (hereinafter, “Façonnable”), according to the rules contained in the following Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, “T&C”)

The Summer Wardrobe Draw will be active during the dates comprised between May 2nd and May 12th, 2022. The participants may participate in the Summer Wardrobe Draw by registering in the landing page link provided on the official Façonnable website (https://www.faconnable.com/). Once registered, participants will receive an email to confirm their participation. In order to participate in this Summer Wardrobe Draw, participants must accept these T&C and to be part of Façonnable’ database.

The winner will be randomly selected on May 13th, 2022 and will be contacted by email.



1. - Entry requirements
  • The Summer Wardrobe Draw will be open from May 2nd 2022 at 9am to May 12th, 2022 at 9pm at the official Façonnable website (https://www.faconnable.com/).
  • The participants must register in the landing page link provided on https://www.faconnable.com/, accept these T&C and to be part of Façonnable’ database in order to participate in the Summer Wardrobe Draw.
  • The participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of the Summer Wardrobe Draw.
  • Only residents from Spain, France, Monaco and Portugal may participate in this Summer Wardrobe Draw.
  • The participants may participate as many times as they wish, but each participant may only win one Prize.
  • The participants must be fully entitled to dispose of rights for the purpose of participation in the Summer Wardrobe Draw.


    • 2. - The Prize

    The winner will be rewarded a new summer wardrobe worth 5.000 € that will be able to get either in one of the Participating Façonnable Stores (hereinafter, “Participating Stores”) as defined below or on-line in https://www.faconnable.com/. The rewarded amount can be used by the winner multiple times until the balance equals zero (or if the winner cannot buy any garment with the remaining balance). The winner must use the Prize before the end of May 2022.

    If the winner decides to get the summer wardrobe in one of the Participating Stores, will receive a voucher by email to be used in the Participating Store of its choice. On the contrary, if the winner decides to get the summer wardrobe online in https://www.faconnable.com/, will be contacted by the Customer Service team on how to proceed.

    The Participating Stores are the following:

    1. Full price Façonnable Moulins store in Monaco, located at 23, Boulevard Des Moulins 9800 – Monaco
    2. Full price Façonnable stores in France, located at:
      - Façonnable L’Eglise Megeve located at 7, Place De l’Eglise 74120 – Megeve
      - Façonnable Rue Marbeuf located at 27, Rue Marbeuf 75008 – Paris
      - Façonnable Paradise Nice located at 7-9, Rue Paradis 06000 – Nice
      - Façonnable Joseph Vernet Avignon located at 30, Rue Joseph Vernet 84000 – Avignon
      - Façonnable Commerçants Saint-Tropez located at 6, Rue des Commerçants 83990 – Saint Tropez


    3. – The Prize Draw
  • The winner will be selected by a randomly system among all the participants. Additionally, a substitute will be selected through the same system.
  • The Summer Wardrobe Draw apply to on-line purchases, as the winner will be able to get the Prize either in the Participating Stores or on-line in the Façonnable official website (https://www.faconnable.com/).
  • The winner will be notified by Façonnable by email on May 13th, 2022. The winner must confirm its interest in receiving the Prize by email within no more than 48 hours upon notification. Should such confirmation not be received, Façonnable will understand that the winner has waived the right to receive the Prize and Façonnable will offer the Prize to the substitute.
  • If the substitute also fails to claim the Prize within the stipulated period, the Prize shall be declared null.
  • Once the winner confirms its interest, will have to decide if wants to use the Prize either in the Participating Store – and choose which Participating Store – or on-line. Once this choice is made, the decision cannot be changed.
  • The Prize may not be exchanged for money and its sale or transfer by the winner for profit is expressly prohibited.
  • The Prize is not cumulative with any other promotion.
  • The prize draw illustration image used to promote this Summer Wardrobe Draw doesn’t have to coincide with the clothes chosen by the winner. The winner will be able to choose among the available clothes either in the Participating Stores or on-line.
  • If the winner decides to use the Prize in a Participating Store, Façonnable will not be responsible for the winner’s travel and accommodation expenses.


    • 4. – Miscellaneous
  • Employees of Façonnable (and their immediate families) are not eligible to participate in this Competition.
  • To participate in this Competition, knowledge and acceptance of these rules is essential pursuant to all the terms established herein. The participants agree to be bound by these rules.
  • Façonnable reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel this competition or to amend the official rules. To such regard, Façonnable will inform the participants.
  • Any incomplete, inaccurate or non-respectful entry will not be taken into account and will result in the nullity of the entry.
  • This Competition is offered, organised and run solely by Façonnable.
  • Façonnable reserves the right to cancel the Prize if it feels that the Prize winner has violated any of these T&C.
  • Façonnable will not be responsible for any incident or damage that may occur in relation with this competition or with the Prize offered.
  • The winner exempts Façonnable from any liability derived from any damage that may suffer during the enjoyment of this Prize.


    • 5.- Taxation

    The Prize of this Summer Wardrobe Draw will be subject to the withholdings and taxes determined in the tax regulations according to the winner's country of residence.



    6. – Data Protection

    In accordance with the provisions of the applicable Data Protection Regulations, Façonnable Spain S.L. with registered office at Carretera Laurea Miro 403-405, 08980 Sant Feliu de Llobregat (Barcelona) Spain, informs participants of the following:



    6.1 Purpose of data processing

    The personal data provided by the participants for the participation in this Summer Wardrobe Draw, as well as those provided in the future as a result of its development, are going to be included in a filing system belonging to Façonnable for the following purposes:

    (a) To manage both Façonnable’s database and the participation in this Summer Wardrobe Draw.

    (b) To verify the non-existence of fraudulent actions or participations contrary to these terms and conditions.

    (c) To manage the delivery and/or facilitate access for the enjoyment of this Prize to the winner.

    (d) To comply with the legal and/or tax obligations that may correspond to Façonnable as organiser of this Summer Wardrobe Draw.

    (e) To send commercial communications such as Façonnable’s newsletter.

    The categories of the data used in this personal data processing are: name, surname, address, e-mail, and contact telephone number. Such a processing is based on the free consent of the participants in the Summer Wardrobe Draw.



    6.2 Periods of personal data conservation

    The personal data provided by the participants will be preserved as long as the mutual interest exists in order to reach the purposes of the data processing. Once it is not necessary for such purposes, the data will be erased with the security means appropriate to ensure the pseudonomysation of the data or their total destruction. The data will not be transferred to third parties except a legal obligation requires it.

    By accepting their participation on the competition, Participants are also accepting Façonnable’s Privacy Policy (https://www.faconnable.com/en_eu/privacy-policy.html).

    Participants are informed that they may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, limitation, portability and/or objection with regard to their images and personal data by at:

    • 7.- Disputes

    In the event of any dispute, claim or controversy, participants' claims must be addressed within the legal time limit and in writing to Façonnable, at the address given in the heading of these T&C depending on the country in which the participant is resident, which, in accordance with current legislation, will channel the claim to the corresponding agent, if applicable.

    Each participant undertakes, in the event of any difficulties that may arise regarding the application or interpretation of these T&C, and before taking any contentious action, to try to reach an amicable solution with Façonnable.

    Termos e Condições Legais Façonnable Sorteio de Verão

    O Sorteio de Verão Façonnable (daqui em diante "Sorteio de Verão"), é organizado pela FAÇONNABLE SPAIN S.L., com sede social em Carretera Laurea Miro 403-405, 08980 Sant Feliu de Llobregat (Barcelona) Espanha; FAÇONNABLE S.A.S., com sede social em 5 Rue Royale, 75008 Paris, França; S.C.S. FAÇONNABLE MONACO, com sede social em 23, Bd des Moulins, 98000 Mónaco e FAÇONNABLE Portugal, Unipessoal L.D.A, com sede social na Rua Cintura do Porto de Lisboa, Edifício 66, Cais de Santos, 1200-109 Lisboa (daqui em diante "Façonnable"), de acordo com as regras descritas nos seguintes Termos e Condições (daqui em diante "T&C").

    O sorteio de Verão decorrerá de 2 a 12 de maio de 2022. Os interessados poderão participar no Sorteio de Verão registando-se no link do sorteio fornecido no site oficial da Façonnable (https://www.faconnable.com/). Uma vez registados, os participantes receberão um e-mail para confirmar a sua participação. Para participar neste Sorteio de Verão, os participantes deverão aceitar estes T&C e fazer parte da base de dados Façonnable.

    O vencedor será selecionado ao acaso no dia 13 de maio de 2022 e será contactado por e-mail.



    1. – Requisitos de participação
  • O Sorteio de Verão estará aberto de 2 de maio de 2022 às 9:00 até 12 de maio às 21:00 na página web oficial da Façonnable (https://www.faconnable.com/).
  • Os participantes deverão registar-se no link do sorteio fornecido em https://www.faconnable.com/, concordar com estes T&C e fazer parte da base de dados da Façonnable para participar neste sorteio de Verão.
  • Os interessados deverão ter pelo menos 18 anos de idade para participar neste Sorteio de Verão.
  • Apenas são elegíveis para participar neste Sorteio de Verão os residentes dos seguintes países: Espanha, França, Mónaco e Portugal.
  • Os participantes poderão participar quantas vezes quiserem, mas cada participante só poderá ganhar um Prémio.
  • Os participantes deverão ter plenos poderes para dispor dos direitos para participar no Sorteio de Verão.


    • 2. – O Prémio

    O vencedor receberá peças de vestuário de verão no valor de 5.000€, que poderão ser adquiridas numa das Lojas Participantes da Façonnable (doravante "Lojas Participantes"), como definido abaixo, ou online em https://www.faconnable.com/. O montante do prémio poderá ser utilizado pelo vencedor várias vezes até que o saldo seja igual a 0 (ou se o vencedor não conseguir comprar qualquer peça de vestuário com o saldo restante). O vencedor deverá utilizar o Prémio até ao final de maio de 2022.

    Se o vencedor optar por adquirir o Prémio numa das Lojas Participantes, receberá um voucher por e-mail para ser utilizado na Loja Participante da sua escolha. Em alternativa, se o vencedor optar por adquirir o Prémio online em https://www.faconnable.com/, será contactado pela equipa de Serviço ao Cliente sobre como proceder.

    3. – O Sorteio
  • O vencedor será selecionado por um sistema aleatório entre todos os participantes. Além disso, será selecionado um suplente pelo mesmo sistema.
  • O Sorteio de Verão aplica-se às compras online, uma vez que o vencedor poderá ganhar o Prémio quer nas Lojas Participantes quer online no site oficial da Façonnable (https://www.faconnable.com/).
  • O vencedor será notificado pela Façonnable por e-mail a 13 de maio de 2022. O vencedor deverá confirmar o seu interesse no prazo de 48 horas após a notificação. Se tal confirmação não for recebida, a Façonnable assumirá que o vencedor recusou receber o Prémio e oferecerá o Prémio ao suplente.
  • Se o suplente também não reclamar o Prémio dentro do prazo estipulado, o Prémio não será entregue, pelo que será declarado nulo.
  • Assim que o vencedor confirmar o seu interesse, terá de decidir se quer utilizar o Prémio numa Loja Participante - e escolher qual a Loja Participante - ou online. Depois de feita a escolha, a decisão não poderá ser alterada.
  • O Prémio não poderá ser trocado por dinheiro e o vencedor está expressamente proibido de vender ou transferir o Prémio com fins lucrativos.
  • O Prémio não é acumulável com qualquer outra promoção.
  • A imagem da ilustração do sorteio utilizada para promover este Sorteio de Verão não corresponde necessariamente às peças de vestuário escolhidas pelo vencedor. O vencedor poderá escolher entre as peças de vestuário disponíveis quer nas Lojas Participantes quer online.
  • Se o vencedor optar por utilizar o Prémio numa Loja Participante, a Façonnable não será responsável pelas despesas de viagem e alojamento do vencedor.


    • 4. – Diversos
  • Os empregados da Façonnable (e seus familiares diretos) não são elegíveis para participar neste sorteio.
  • Para participar, neste sorteio, é imprescindível conhecer e aceitar os T&C aqui expostos. Os participantes concordam em estar vinculados por estas regras.
  • A Façonnable reserva-se o direito, a seu exclusivo critério, de cancelar este concurso ou de modificar os T&C oficiais. Para este efeito, a Façonnable informará os participantes.
  • Qualquer inscrição incompleta, imprecisa ou desrespeitadora não será tida em conta e resultará na nulidade da mesma.
  • Este sorteio é oferecido, organizado e gerido exclusivamente pela Façonnable.
  • A Façonnable reserva-se o direito de anular o Prémio se considerar que o vencedor do mesmo infringiu qualquer um destes T&C.
  • A Façonnable não será responsável por qualquer incidente e/ou dano que possa ocorrer em relação a este Sorteio de Verão ou ao Prémio oferecido.
  • O vencedor isenta a Façonnable de qualquer responsabilidade decorrente de qualquer dano que possa sofrer durante o usufruto deste Prémio.


    • 5.- Tributação

    O Prêmio deste sorteio estará sujeito às retenções e impostos determinados nos regulamentos fiscais, de acordo com o país de residência do vencedor.



    6. – Proteção de Dados

    Em conformidade com as disposições dos regulamentos de proteção de dados aplicáveis, a Façonnable Spain S.L. com sede social em Carretera Laurea Miro 403-405, 08980 Sant Feliu de Llobregat (Barcelona), Espanha, informa os participantes do seguinte:



    6.1 Finalidade do tratamento de dados

    Os dados pessoais fornecidos pelos participantes para participarem neste Sorteio de Vestuário de Verão, bem como os fornecidos no futuro como resultado do desenvolvimento do mesmo, serão incluídos num ficheiro da Façonnable com as seguintes finalidades:

    (a) Gerir quer a base de dados da Façonnable quer a participação neste sorteio.


    (b) Verificar se não existem ações fraudulentas ou participações contrárias a estas regras.

    (c) Gerir a entrega e/ou facilitar o acesso ao vencedor para o usufruto deste Prémio.

    (d) Cumprir as obrigações legais e/ou fiscais que possam corresponder à Façonnable como organizadora deste Sorteio de Vestuário de Verão.

    (e) Enviar comunicações comerciais tais como a newsletter da Façonnable.



    6.2 Períodos de conservação dos dados pessoais

    Os dados pessoais fornecidos pelos participantes serão retidos enquanto houver um interesse mútuo em alcançar os objetivos do tratamento de dados. Quando deixarem de ser necessários para estes fins, os dados serão apagados com medidas de segurança adequadas para garantir a sua pseudonimização ou a sua destruição completa. Os dados não serão transmitidos a terceiros, a menos que uma obrigação legal o exija.

    Ao aceitarem a sua participação no sorteio, os participantes aceitam também a Política de Privacidade da Façonnable (https://www.faconnable.com/en_eu/privacy-policy.html).

    Os participantes são informados de que podem exercer os seus direitos de acesso, retificação, eliminação, limitação, portabilidade e/ou oposição em relação aos seus dados pessoais em:

    • 7.- Disputas

    Em caso de impugnação, reclamação ou controvérsia, as reclamações dos participantes deverão ser apresentadas dentro do prazo legal e por escrito à Façonnable, no endereço indicado no título destes T&C, que, de acordo com a legislação em vigor, se for caso disso, canalizará a reclamação para o respetivo agente.

    Cada participante compromete-se, no caso de quaisquer dificuldades que possam surgir relativamente à aplicação ou interpretação dos Termos e Condições e antes de tomar qualquer ação litigiosa, a tentar alcançar uma solução amigável com a Façonnable.

    Estes Termos e Condições estão sujeitos à lei espanhola.
