We deliver to more than 20 countries and are making our best everyday for improving our international coverage.

Nowadays we deliver to France, United States, United Kingdom, Belgium, Spain, Germany, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Italy, Portugal, Austria, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Estonia, Greece, Ireland, Monaco, Norway, Romania and Turkey.

Please note that, among the countries we deliver to, there are some exceptions: The French DOM-TOMs, Madeira, The Azores, The Channel Islands, Gibraltar, Ceuta, Melilla and The Canary Islands. Please note too that, we do not deliver to Puerto Rico from our US store.

Is delivery free of charge no matter the amount of the order?

We are pleased to offer free shipping in orders exceeding the amount of $295. Deliveries of orders below this amount will be charged at our standard rate of $14.

How can I track my order?

Our carrier will inform you by email about your order status.

What is the delivery time?

Delivery times vary depending on the country the order is being sent to. 2-4 working days for Europe and UK. A maximum of 6 working days for the rest of countries.

Can I have my order delivered to a store?

At this moment we do not offer this service but you can easily receive your order directly at home or at a collection point and without shipping costs

What happens if I am not at home when my order is delivered?

A second delivery attempt is made. Our carrier can also leave your package at a nearby Collect Point. You will be informed by email.
