To which countries do you deliver?

We deliver free of charge to more than 20 countries and are making our best everyday for improving our international coverage.

Nowadays we deliver to France, United States, United Kingdom, Belgium, Spain, Germany, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Italy, Portugal, Austria, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Estonia, Greece, Ireland, Monaco, Norway, Romania and Turkey.

Please note that, among the countries we deliver to, there are some exceptions: The French DOM-TOMs, Madeira, The Azores, The Channel Islands, Gibraltar, Ceuta, Melilla and The Canary Islands.

Is delivery free of charge no matter the amount of the order?

What is the delivery time?

Delivery times vary depending on the country the order is being sent to. 2 working days for France and Spain. 4 working days for Belgium. A maximum of 6 working days for the rest of countries.

Can I have my order delivered to a store?

No, but with faconnable.com, you can easily receive your order directly at home or at your workplace without having to travel and without shipping costs!

What happens if I am not at home when my order is delivered?

A second delivery attempt is made. Our carrier can also leave your package at a nearby Collect Point. You will be informed by email.
